| I wasn't really sure which direction I wanted to go in, so I did a Google Images search for a phoenix and clicked through until I found something I thought I could work with. I eventually did, extrapolated with my own styling, layered it over a simple repeated texture and produced what you see above. I'm quite happy with how it turned out, and while it's nothing I'd put up on my wall, it does extremely well as an accent for the page background. | |
